QuPath is an open, powerful, flexible, extensible software platform for whole slide image analysis.
The main documentation can be found at qupath.readthedocs.io, including a section on Getting Help that contains links to YouTube tutorials.
Questions and requests for support should be directed to the Image.sc Forum, which is checked regularly, while verified bugs can be submitted on the GitHub Issues page. If you are unsure whether your problem is a bug, please post on the forum first. You will then be directed to the Issues page once the behavior is confirmed.

It is strongly recommended not to cite the 2021 Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal paper titled “QuPath: The global impact of an open source digital pathology system”, because it does not give due credit to the QuPath author and maintainer; see this page on PubPeer for details.
