This page documents the BIG-EPFL update site, which provides plugins from EPFL’s Biomedical Imaging Group (BIG). See also list of update sites.
To activate it:
- Help › Update…
- Click
- Check the BIG-EPFL box
- Click
Some files should appear on the list with Status/Action of Install it.
- Click Apply changes
- Restart ImageJ
Your ImageJ should now include additional plugins:
