I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Neuroscience (ION), CAS, where I lead the Chimeric Nano Sensor (CNS) Team. My research focuses on the development of genetically encoded fluorescent biosensors and their application in studying neurochemical dynamics in live animals.

A collection of ImageJ/Fiji plugins for ratiometric imaging, motion correction, and workspace management.
📥 Installation via Fiji Update Site To install or update these plugins, please use the Biosensor Tools update site:
- Open Fiji and navigate to
Help > Update... - Click
Manage update sites. - Click
Add update siteand fill in:- Name: Biosensor Tools
- URL:
https://sites.imagej.net/Biosensor-Tools/
- Close the window and click
Apply changes.
