Description
After looking at tickets #290, #291 and #292, make a list of ways it might make sense to integrate OMERO support into CellProfiler and CellProfiler Analyst.
For example, CP could operate on a screen stored in OMERO, saving segmentation results to the DB. Then CPA could obtain thumbnails from the OMERO server, and store the resultant classification back to OMERO using Omero Tables.
This is in part of our effort to research potential integration of OMERO with CellProfiler Analyst and other (Python-based) CP code.
Leaving this open as we _still_ aren't confident that any particular approach will be useful to anyone (apart from the OMEROLoadImages module written by the folks at NKI http://www.nki.nl/Research).
Waiting to hear from more OMERO / CP users who know what they want.
