Get OMERO working

Description

Install OMERO, verify it works, import some data using the OMERO.importer client, browse with OMERO.insight and OMERO.webclient clients.

This is in preparation to research potential integration of OMERO with CellProfiler Analyst and other (Python-based) CP code.
