Data does not always update correctly

Description

Open Organ of Corti
Run pure IJ2 version of Image > Transform > Rotate ...
It doesn't look like it did anything
Now move Z slider and other planes look right
Back to first plane and it looks right too

So some graphics update is not happening. Note that the the plugin does a dataset.update() as part of its run() method so this is a little baffling. Also note that this problem is also apparent with other pure IJ2 plugins in the Transform submenu (and since based on similar code not surprisingly). Finally note that this is not a problem for all images (i.e. Boats works just fine).
