Color tables can get munged across legacy layer

Description

Open the attached file
Notice it has 3 channels with 3 different color tables
Run the Show Info legacy command
Notice the image now has 3 red color tables

Resolution set to worksforme

Cannot duplicate using version shortly after beta 7 release. It loads as an image with 3 grey lookup tables and stays that way. This is similar to IJ1. Closing.
