IJ2 does not support text table luts

Description

Drag and drop the attached lut file on the ImageJ app frame. It never loads. Other luts work fine.

Its actually a few luts from the IJ1 release that get rejected: sepia, unionjack, phase, and 5_ramps.

The DefaultLutService has removed support for legacy text table luts. These four are all of that type.
