Two things needed:
1) adjust fiji.sc's setup
2) adjust the DNS

I adjusted the httpd.include to have the line ServerAlias wiki.imagej.net.
While at it, I also added ServerAlias imglib2.net and adjusted the LocalSettings.php just like I did it with wiki.imagej.net to default to the ImgLib2 page.
Stephan (Cc:ed), if you ever want to, you can change the DNS so imglib2.net points to 144.92.48.154 directly now. That would get rid of the ugly frameset. Of course, it also would mean that you may have a little work maintaining the site in front of you...
Updated DNS for wiki.imagej.net to point to the big server.
