Image Duplicate should ask for name

Description

In IJ1 the Image Duplicate plugin has a filed to specify the new image's name. IJ2's command does not support this. Extend it so it does.

With commit f955d339386e85336d7343a94a4f63fe20d8660e there is now a name field and a suggestion.
