Add/delete axis/data plugins mislocated?

Description

In IJ1 we had add/delete slice in the stacks menu. In IJ2 you need to add/delete hyperplanes so add/del slices are gone. Add/del data is still in the Stacks menu though and perhaps should be in the Hyperstacks menu.

Or rather than the Hyperstack menu it could be in the Image menu.
