Delete Axis not happy with 2d images

Description

The Delete Axis plugin does not notice when you provide it a 2d image. Instead it acts poorly. Make plugin detect dataset is 2d, warn user of issue, and exit.

I've thought of a better solution. Allow X & Y be possible axes to delete. If they are deleted their dimension goes to 1 keeping the single pixel strip specified. Thus it should work for any dataset.
