Description
The Plugins :: Debug :: Watch Events plugin no longer seesm to do anything. Either we should fix it or delete it. Grant please take a look.

Mismigrated.
It works for me.
Some day we should generalize that plugin and possibly make it more interactive (rather than just prompt for watched event types in the initial dialog, and hardcode all the logic for them). But it works for now.
