Description

To replicate:
Open Samples > Cell Colony
Image > Color > Split Channels
with the Cell_Colony.jpg (red) selected:
Image > Adjust > Threshold

Otsu, Red
NO Dark Background

Click: Apply
Nothing happens.

Due to restrictions in the legacy layer, the solution is to implement a pure IJ2 version of Threshold.
