Window menu bug

Description

Open three sample images. Select the first image. No windows are displayed in the window menu. Select the second image. Now the window menu contains only the first window. Select the third image. Now the window menu contains the previous two windows. The current window never shows up in the menu (and also thus not with a check mark either).

This problem is due to the menu bar syncing bug. See ticket #985.
