Keep IJ2 options in sync with IJ1 globals

Description
IJ1 has a few public variables (such as FloatBlitter.dbzValue or lineWidth etc.) that can be changed by plugins. To ensure the highest level of compatibility we should update IJ2's options to reflect the values of these globals right after an IJ1 plugin has run.
