Description
Depends on task #67.
Once the SLIMPlugin framework is in place as a testbed, I plan to return to the rework of Paul Barber's code. The initial goal is to get it working as is, then replace the NR code.

Spent more time on the plugin, added a histogram which is useful for plugins. Finally focussing on the rework of Paul Barber's code.

SLIMCurve now supports two kinds of fits, RLD and LMA, using Paul Barber's code without NR dependencies. However the code has remaining NR dependencies for other analysis capabilities.
My new matrix solution code comes up with slightly different results than previous version; I'm not sure which is more accurate.
