Description
The documentation for BF-ITK needs to be updated to include the new ITK plugin implementations:
online documentation should cover bf-itk-pipes
create readme's for bf-itk-jace and -jni

I changed the bf-itk-pipe readme to link to the updated online BF-ITK instructions. Also changed the bf-itk-jace readme to include a note that it is deprecated in favor of bf-itk-pipe. Still no readme for bf-itk-jni, but not a big problem.
