Description

ContrastBrightness plugin needs to be validated in terms of the values that it produces.

Should not the ranges for brightness and contrast be -100 to +100 (percent) ?

I think -100 to +100 is fine. It's fairly arbitrary, but that probably makes more sense than 0-255.
