Apply results of EditColors plugin to active Dataset

Description
The EditColors dialog is not hooked to anything and does not update any Dataset's color info. For now make it apply to the active Dataset.

Right, the plugin was working at one point, before the addition of the ColorMode enum. But it is working again as of fd0e06a4f7fdb733ab03b325bd67a49a3a4dc954.
I think this was working before. Curtis mentioned the plugin was broken when the ColorMode enum was added. Passing to Curtis to verify this is no longer an issue.
