Description
Use File :: Import :: BioFormats. Select the multi-channel-4d-series.ome.tiff file from the ome tiff sample data store. Note that imported image has C & Z reversed. The image plane data has labels that do not line up with actual slider values.

As of revision 1fd50c08574f4a755aeae24a62c077be6cc1a695 I cannot duplicate directly. However if you open that series and run the Scale plugin and scale in x & y only the resulting C & Z is reversed.
I do not see this problem with the latest code. All dimensions and sliders work as expected. Could you check again after updating the ImageJ2 and ImgLib codebases?
