Update Imglib performance benchmarks

Description

Update the Imglib performance benchmark tests for Imglib2. Although they compile they may not be working correctly.

Some subtasks:

  • make an OPS case within the tests
  • update the tests to use the latest PixLib
  • once results are being generated then update web page (requires work with Java, Python, and Javascript via FLOT)

I updated the benchmarks today to use ImgLib2. However, I did not add OPS to the suite. I briefly tried to update PixLib but the latest version (0.7.6) works differently and I do not know how to update the code; easiest will be to contact Dimiter for help.

Dimiter and I updated the benchmark to use the latest version of PixLib:  a99c9e11.

I then updated the  benchmark page on June 1.

But we still need to add OPS to the mix!
