IJ1 loses track of current window

Description

We need to make sure IJ1 and IJ2 both know what the currently active display/window is. It is sometimes a problem.

Example: Load sample image T1 Head. Do Image > Stack > Z Project. Given dialog. Run it. Close resulting image. Now only 1 image exists and is loaded (T1 Head). Try to run same command. IJ1 prompts that you don't have any stack selected.

Tested with 7feeec6da90f475fea86cb0e43bfca37dcdfb828. No longer an issue.
