The Process > Binary > Close command is broken

Description

The Close command in the Binary submenu does not display correctly. There is a minus in its name. When run, unlike the other Binary submenu commands, existing pixel data does not change. It is possible the name issue is keeping the plugin from being found/run.

also command name in menu is the same as IJ1
