Port ImglibProcessor functional interface

Description

With replacement of ImgLibProcessor with DatasetProcessor the functional interface is currently orphaned. Adapt code to Dataset interface. Also make a hook in DatasetProcessor for assignOperation() that would allow IJ1 plugins to access IJ2 functional interface given correct jars.

Resolution set to fixed

During the hackathon the functional interface was pulled into imglib as imglib-ops. The DatasetProcessor may no longer be used. This ticket can be retired.
