Work on code in ij packages and imagej packages to further support the new imglib backed pixels types

Fixed/enhanced the following:

extended calculations of various bytesPerPixel calcs, memory in use calcs, etc.
scaling an image resulted in a crash
imglibprocessor::createProcessor() could error out
changes to image not reflected on screen
fill values working for all pixel types
imglibprocessor::applyTable() could crash with an imglib bug
salt & pepper could crash
image math reciprocal function was broken
image adjust threshold could crash
image analyze particles could crash
using the wand could crash
