Description
We need to prepare a presentation for the ImageJ conference. Outline includes:
- Overview of the ImageJDev.org project
- What we have so far:
- Imglib-backed images
- Bio-Formats driven I/O
- GUI separation
- Annotation-driven plugin discovery
- Metadata-rich declarative plugin mechanism
- CellProfiler/ImageJ integration
- Spectral-lifetime image processing from ImageJ
- OpenCL-based GPU-accelerated deconvolution
- Future directions & community feedback (adapt from previous talk)

Presentation was finished and presented at the conference. It has been archived in this blog post.
The presentation is outlined and first draft is perhaps half done. Hopefully we will finish the draft today, and get additional feedback from other LOCI members tomorrow.
