Threshold colors don't change

When adjusting a threshold one can choose the display type. However none of the choices change the display from basic red. (arg, this used to work)

Determined that an earlier refactor of the tools deleted the functionality that made a JHotDrawAdapter class for ThresholdFigures. I have code in place on the fix-thresh-draw branch that fixes this. It will be merged to master soon after the beta 7 release.
