WebDAV uploader: do not show the proxy dialog upon incorrect password

Description

Adrian Daerr (and Curtis Rueden, and Johannes Schindelin) reported that an incorrect password makes the updater show the proxy dialog by mistake, rather than the password dialog again.

While at it, fix the zero-width input fields in the proxy dialog.

I addressed these issues in dd1dcf5ae509dc21a9d5055dbb0c125f8a015f40 and ffc8380ca4601e4969e42843d10de9958960779a. And I uploaded the updater, too.
