Force the updater to ignore java3d .jar files

Description

There is either a problem with MiniMaven or the imagej-maven-plugin, either the current one or a previous one, in that Java3D files were/are copied in as dependencies.

Regardless of that bug, the updater should not try to pick them up, however, they might have ended up in jars/.
