Drag and Drop: support ObjectJ files

Description

In IJ1 if you drag and drop an .ojj file (or one containing ojj as 1st three bytes) the program launches the ObjectJ_plugin and opens the project using this plugin. We might need to do similar things in IJ2.

This is the sort of thing an ImageJ2 version of ObjectJ would need to provide in its own I/O plugin and/or DnD handler, rather than being part of core ImageJ.
