Brightness/Contrast should have Default button

Description

The B&C dialog could use a Default button that when pressed would set each of B and C to 50%.

With commit 14429d7cd8768660bcc0f451ed1e84b446770b21 this code is now in place on the scifio-cells branch and is waiting to be merged.
