Legacy auto-contrast plugin gives bad results

Description

Michael Schmid reported this issue when using beta5. I have outlined a series of steps to duplicate:

Open Boats
Change Type to floating point
Run legacy Auto-Contrast plugin

Image displays poorly

Adjust Brightness/Contrast

Min is a giant number and max is 0
