Description
The web site is out of date, and missing many details regarding our development plan. I need to reorganize the site categories, and better link to and explain use of our Trac development cycles.

I have updated various portions of the site and reorganized the menus to make more sense. Much more work still to do in the future, but it will suffice for now.
