Make New Image more functional

The New Image plugin is limited to 2d only. There is a ticket for making it very powerful and flexible (see #593). However those changes may take some time and are not minimally necessary. In the interim we should make the New Image plugin more functional.
We can do so by showing many axes and fields for specifying their dimensional values. They default to 0 and only those specified nonzero by user will be part of output Dataset.
