Description

The proper place for scripts in a Maven project layout is in src/main/scripts. We need to migrate the Bio-Formats command line tools, currently in a folder called tools, into this directory structure, and create an assembly to generate the command line tools bundled in a ZIP file with the proper JAR file(s).

The OME team has opted to not use Maven for Bio-Formats, so this task is no longer relevant.
