Description

CheckSezPoz fixes the problem of annotation processors not running in Eclipse. It's not necessary with NetBeans.

I had a problem where it tried to run the annotation processors but couldn't find tools.jar. Since I'm running NetBeans a workaround is to skip this processing entirely.
