Description

The "ant tools" and "ant ome-tools" targets are important and must be supported under the Maven project layout. We should be able to replicate them using Maven's assembly plugin, or perhaps appassembly.

This is done in the Bio-Formats maven branch. However, the OME team has opted to not use Maven for Bio-Formats, so this task is no longer relevant.
