Description
In the imagej dev mailing list Albert Cardona reported the following in regards to beta 5:
'x' cuts for all rectangular ROIs, whereas 'f' fills in only the
selected rectangular ROIs. One would expect 'f' and 'x' and others to
consistently work either for all or for the selected ROIs, but not a
mixed bag.

It seems this was fixed during beta 6 development. Both X and F work on the single actively selected overlay.
