Description

It is known that the legacy Create Shortcut plugin does not work in IJ2 (separate ticket exists). In addition I have been unable to determine whether the legacy Install Plugin command and the legacy Remove command are working at all either. Test to determine and decide a course of action.

Ticket #1529 covers "Create Shortcut". And we have already implemented "List Shortcuts".
