The legacy Benchmark is not useful in IJ2

Description
In IJ1 the Benchmark plugin has a graphical aspect to it. Running it as a legacy plugin in IJ2 is thus sort of useless as it makes no changes to data and does not look like it did anything. I think we need to write our own kind of benchmark that also has a display changing characteristic.
For beta 5 blacklist it and make a stub placeholder plugin. Move the remaining taks to beta 9(?) afterwards.

No longer applicable, since we only support legacy plugins from within the legacy UI now.
With commit 72ad3d9f3aed02de728912571f18716c0ef06d8c a stub command called Benchmark is in place and the IJ1 version is blacklisted. Moving reimplementation to later milestone.
