Fix composite ROIs mouse interaction

Description

When selecting a rectangular ROI and calling Edit>Selection>Make Inverse, the handles and the filled area are displayed correctly, and the handles can be moved. But already after calling Edit>Fill, the handles pretend to be moved properly, but the filled area is not updated.

Fixed in a460a559c0f5f12cef9957d4227bdbe796656a12. A proper rework of the tools is needed to make this non-ugly (for the moment, there are two polygon tool icons, one disabled). This will be part of fixing ticket #878.
