The creation of new images can cover the app frame. Perhaps we should make sure that new image window creations don't cover the app frame unless there really is no other choice.
(This may not be deemed that important but it seriously annoys me)

With commit ea85503f44e9a06be172f5b7875b390277e1c290 the windows no longer cover the upper left corner where the app is more likely located. This is a temp fix that doesn't really satisfy this ticket. Since the change makes this issue less apparent I will push this ticket to a later milestone.
