Clean up the Updater

Description
Two recent changes in the updater -- the move of StderrLogService to ij-core and the rename of the Canceled class -- broke the update-the-updater functionality because the updater was broken.
So Dscho had to revert those changes (partially at least) to keep the updater up and running.
In one to two months, we should be able to expect everybody inclined to update Fiji/ImageJ to have updated at least once, so we can revert the reverts.

In the same spirit, UpdaterUIPlugin needs to be removed again (we had to quickly re-add it to keep the Fiji Updater running).
