IJ2 probe does not respect "Invert Y Coordinates" setting

The "Invert Y Coordinates" setting of Analyze > Set Measurements is not respected by IJ2. In IJ1 the probe Y coordinates flip based on this setting. Make IJ act similarly.

Its likely that all such dialog settings are not respected. We may need our own new Options dialog and then sync the dialog with the Analyze > Set Measurements dialog.
