Change icons of unimplemented plugins

Description

Some IJ2 plugins are just placeholders that warn they are currently unimplemented (e.g. Threshold). We should change the icon of this plugin to something so that users can see they aren't working.

Choose an icon from the wikimedia commons icon collection.
