Description

Open Organ of Corti
Run Image > Rotate (15 degrees, and choose enlarge option)

In IJ1 a new sized image that is composited

In IJ2 a new sized image whose display window reflects previous size and data is not composited. One can drag window to see size is correct and one can edit colors composite to see data is correct.

After recent changes to legacy layer this command is now working
