IJ2 does not suport inverted luts the same as IJ1

Description
The following was reported by Leon Espinosa in the imagej mailing list after the release of beta1:
"blobs.gif" open with inverted LUT but this is not shown in the info bar "(256x254; unsigned-8bit; 63,5 KiB;)" instead "(256x254; unsigned-8bit (inverting LUT) ; 63,5 KiB;)"

This ticket may be more involved. Note that I believe duplicating blobs does not carry forward the LUT and so colors swap. We might need to track inverted lut elsewhere too.
