Write scripts to manage IJ1 plugin testing

Description
Currently we have a large spreadsheet of all IJ1 plugins, and their status in IJ2. We should have a separate ticket for each plugin, filed under feature #652, to track this work in a more granular way.
We should also be able to programmatically generate the table from the tickets, rather than maintaining the spreadsheet separately.

Actually, Curtis and/or Barry went through a lot of pain to make sure that that spreadsheet is turned into individual tickets already a long time ago.
So the script is no longer needed, at least not in the form I intended to write it.
