Make sure about dialog uses free images

Description
The about dialog currently opens an image stored as image1.png in the ij-app project resources directory. The current image did not come from LOCI. Make sure we update that image with something we own and are willing to share.

removed 3rd party image and am using one of the freely distributable ones
